I hope this blog is going to capture my wildly successful journey to change the way I work and think and create and make things happen!  I love my job, and I want to do it much, much better.  I want to be proud of what I accomplish, and make things really great here!  I have big plans, what I hope this blog tracks is my actual movement toward achieving those plans.  I'm great at planning - this is my journey to also being great at doing.
